Questar Gas Management Provides gas-gathering and processing Questar Gas Management provides natural gas-gathering and processing to affiliates and third-party producers in the Rocky Mountain region. Gas Management owns a majority interest of Rendezvous Gas Services, LLC, a partnership that operates gas-gathering facilities in western Wyoming. Rendezvous gathers natural gas for Pinedale Anticline and Jonah Field producers for delivery to various interstate pipelines. Gas Management also owns 38% of Uintah Basin Field Services, LLC, and 50% of Three Rivers Gathering, LLC. These partnerships operate gas-gathering facilities in eastern Utah. The federally regulated Rendezvous Pipeline Co., LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gas Management, operates a 21-mile 20-inch-diameter pipeline between Gas Management's Blacks Fork gas-processing plant and the Muddy Creek compressor station owned by Kern River Gas Transmission Co. Under a contract with utility affiliate Questar Gas, Gas Management also gathers cost-of-service gas produced from properties operated by Wexpro.
