Questar Energy Trading - Gas Storage In addition to contracting for storage capacity at Clay Basin, Questar Energy Trading, through its subsidiary Clear Creek Storage Company, LLC, owns and operates an underground gas-storage reservoir in southwestern Wyoming. It uses owned- and leased-storage capacity together with firm-transportation capacity to take advantage of price differentials and arbitrage opportunities.
