QUESTAR EARNINGS TELECONFERENCE/WEB CAST
SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1

SALT LAKE CITY — Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR) will hold an analyst conference call and Web cast to review financial results for thirdquarter 2001 and management's outlook for the remainder of the year. The call will be Thursday, Nov. 1, at 9:30 a.m. ET (7:30 a.m. MT).

Don Cash, chairman and CEO, Keith Rattie, president and COO, and Stephen Parks, vice president, treasurer and CFO, will speak during the conference call. The company will issue its thirdquarter and ninemonths earnings results in a news release on Wednesday, Oct. 31.
