QUESTAR SHAREHOLDERS ELECT FIVE DIRECTORS
SALT LAKE CITY Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR) shareholders today elected five directors to new terms during the company's annual meeting of shareholders in Salt Lake City.
Elected to new threeyear terms were:
Teresa Beck, 46, former president of American Stores, and company director since 1999.
R.D. Cash, 58, Questar chairman and chief executive officer, and company director since 1977.
Gary G. Michael, 60, recently retired chairman and chief executive officer of Albertson's, Inc., and Questar director since 1994.
Gary L. Nordloh, 53, Questar executive vice president, and president and chief executive officer of Questar Market Resources and associated affiliates; director since 1996.
Scott S. Parker, 66, retired president and chief executive officer of Intermountain Health Care, Inc., and Questar director since 1997.
Shareholders also approved a series of amendments to the company's LongTerm Stock Incentive Plan.
Questar is a $2.5 billion diversified natural gas company headquartered in Salt Lake City.
