QUESTAR EARNINGS TELECONFERENCE/WEB CAST

SALT LAKE CITY -- Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR) announced today it will hold an analyst conference call and Web Cast to review financial results for first-quarter 2001 and management's outlook for 2001. The call will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time, 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time.
Don Cash, Questar chairman and CEO, Stephen E. Parks, chief financial officer, and Keith O. Rattie, Questar president and COO, will speak during the conference call.
