QUESTAR EARNINGS TELECONFERENCE/WEBCAST

SALT LAKE CITY Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR) announced today it will hold an analyst conference call and Webcast to review financial results for full-year and fourth-quarter 2000 and management's outlook for 2001. The call will be held Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time, 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time.
Fourth-quarter and full-year earnings will be released prior to the call on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
Don Cash, Questar chairman and CEO, Stephen E. Parks, chief financial officer, and Keith O. Rattie, new Questar president and COO, will speak during the conference call.
